Go Laundry lets customers book cleaning services through one platform. Laundry, pickup, and delivery run through bookings instead of phone calls.
01The outcome in 8 months
Team of 7. Partner base from 0 to 50+ in 8 months.
4 products from scratch in the same window.
All of it drawn and built by hand, pre-GPT. No generators, no shortcuts. Every screen and every mascot came out of Figma and pens, not prompts.
02The challenges
The partners were laundry shops, not tech companies. Booking software means nothing if the person holding the clothes cannot use it. So training the service partners was product work, not support work. The flows had to survive first contact with a busy shop counter.
On the other side, laundry is a daily chore. Nobody wants to think about it. The journeys had to be short enough to disappear: book in seconds, track without asking, pay without friction. Every extra step was a reason to call the shop directly, which defeats the platform.
03The output
The shipped product, and a screen recording of it in use.

04The brand mascots
Art direction: me. Drawn with the team, to one system, before the app UI started.

Same palette as the app. A customer recognizes the brand before reading a word.
A marketplace wins on trust. Trust starts with a face.
